    "An Act relating to the State Board of Registration for Architects,                                                         
    Engineers, and Land Surveyors; and relating to an exemption for                                                             
    persons authorized by the Department of Public Safety who are                                                               
    engaged in the design of fire detection and suppression systems                                                             
    from registration as architects, engineers, land surveyors, or

Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
CSSB 263(L&C) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading,                                                               
and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so                                                               
ordered.
